Ohio weather leaves its mark. Green algae creeps up north-facing siding, black streaks run down roofs, and driveways and walkways go gray. Our pressure washing and soft washing brings all of it back to clean.
We match the method to the surface: high pressure for concrete, low-pressure soft wash for siding and roofs. You get a deep clean without damaging anything.
What's included
Pressure washing vs. soft washing
Blasting vinyl siding or roof shingles at full pressure can force water behind panels and strip granules. That's why we soft wash those surfaces. It uses low pressure and a cleaning solution that kills the algae and mildew at the root, so it stays clean longer. Concrete, pavers and other hard surfaces get the high-pressure treatment.
When to schedule
- Spring: wash off winter salt and grime
- Before a graduation party, cookout or listing photos
- Before staining or sealing a deck
- Any time green or black growth shows up on siding or roofs
Pair it with gutter cleaning or a mulch refresh and the whole exterior is done in one visit.

Pressure Washing FAQ
Is pressure washing safe for vinyl siding?
Yes, when it's done right. We use a low-pressure soft wash on siding so water isn't forced behind panels.
How often should I wash my house in Ohio?
Most homes look best with a wash every 1–2 years. Shaded or north-facing sides may need it more often because of algae growth.
Do you clean roofs?
Yes. We remove black roof streaks (algae) using a low-pressure soft wash that's safe for shingles.
Do I need to be home?
Not usually. We just need access to an outdoor water spigot and closed windows.
