Gutter cleaning pricing in Northeast Ohio comes down to how many feet of gutter the house has, whether it's one or two stories, how steep the roof is, how packed the gutters are and whether downspouts are clogged. Texting a photo of the front of the house is usually enough for an exact quote.

What affects the price
- Length of gutter. A ranch in Brunswick with a simple roofline has far less gutter than a two-story colonial in Medina with a garage, porch and back additions.
- One story or two. Second-story gutters take taller ladders, more setup and more care.
- Roof pitch and access. Steep roofs, landscaping beds under the gutters, decks and fences all slow the job down.
- How full they are. Gutters that haven't been touched in a couple of years are often packed solid, sometimes with small plants growing in them.
- Downspouts. A clogged downspout has to be cleared, not just the trough.
